==Use==
The Chancery enables faction chat for the region it is built in regardless of faction control. Chanceries can be built in any region, regardless of whether or not your faction currently controls it. Chanceries last indefinitely once built - unlike T8, they do not disintegrate even if your faction loses control of the region for extended periods of time.
