Adds an automatically generated 'Opened In' section to a technology page.

Usage:
Add the code <code><nowiki>{{ResearchedBy}}</nowiki></code> to technology pages to automatically generate a list of the regions that have researched that technology. No longer do we have to manually update each page when a region opens a tech!
