[[Papyrus]] can be dried on a [[Drying Rack]] or a [[Flax Hammock]] to produce Dried Papyrus.

Drying Papyrus on a [[Flax Hammock]] takes approximately 5 minutes (of a full load of 20). Drying Papyrus on a [[Drying Rack]] takes approximately 23 minutes for a full load of 20 papyrus.

If [[Fertile Papyrus]] is dried at high altitude, [[Papyrus Seeds (hf)]] will also be produced in the drying process. More accurately, the seeds ''can'' be produced at any location, but will be produced more consistently, and in greater quantities, at higher elevations. At sea level, the odds of getting seeds is '''very''' small.

[[Sterile Papyrus]] does not produce any seeds.
