It is hereby decreed that any flax that is placed into the waters between 805,2230 and 755,2280 is considered a guild donation and can be collected by up anyone belonging to zFree

(OOC: zFree use the small 50-coord section of river for guild processing, but the effort required to guild the flax makes it not worthwhile to change, compounded by the number of people that can simultaneously use the water for guild projects making it hard to see which one was put in, this can then cause forgotten flax until the guildie notices and rescues it. This law will in effect mean flax put into that stretch of water would be the same as being guilded to zFree.)
