Hi, I'm tehm (once tehmoosh) and I'm a candidate for the first Elder Election! My opponent has declined a debate, so I'll use other forums to give you some insights into who I am. I've been playing since T3, including on Bastet. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and why I might be the right person for you Elder vote. I play ATITD because I love being part of this societal evolution with one of the most amazing communities you will come across online. 

 My primary game goals are to:
*have fun! Like many of us I hop from activity to activity like a squirrel after a nut. I am not a mass grinder and that influences the rest of my play style.
*bring a light-hearted spirit to the game to break the tedium of grinding or running long distances
*pursue the challenges of Tests and finding rare resources- herbs, mushrooms, cicadas
*help others learn to play (update the wiki, explain processes, work out puzzles together, etc.)
*give others ideas of how they too can contribute and push Hyksos (or Egypt) forward in our evolution.
*facilitate for the community (organizing fish 'n' digs, dowsing, seeking collaboration with the other Factions, etc.).
*I may not host the most digs, but I did host the first because I foresaw a need to dig for Research before the weekend passed us by. When I see a need, I will seek to address it.
 
As Elder I would focus even more on helping people enjoy the game and feel wanted & appreciated here in Hyksos. You shouldn't fear being evicted from Hyksos for stating a different view, for helping a friend in another Faction, or embracing your weird cattle dung fetish.
 
Being Elder would help me in discussions with the other Factions. These discussions would be known to the Hyksos, not for "in-the-know" people only.
