==Wild Cultivation==&lt;br /&gt;
In the wild, papyrus is grown by throwing seeds into the Nile, then waiting for them to float downstream (i.e. northward), where they wash up on the riverbank and grow into papyrus plants.&lt;br /&gt;
Plant seeds on a muddy bank, then look for plants about 10 minutes later about 100-150 coordinates NORTH and on both banks from where you planted it. (This means you should usually plant within 100 coordinates of a bridge.) Both the West Nile and East Nile are valid planting areas.&lt;br /&gt;
Also note that in some locations it will appear as though there is a &amp;quot;dead spot&amp;quot; where the Papyrus does not grow. This is not the case and is caused by nearby ponds and lakes generally to the east of the section of the nile you were planting in. If you find that there is a large gap, check for lakes and ponds nearby. I have seen papyrus travel as far as 300 (in t6) coordinates inland and sometimes even further. Plants may even travel from Eastern Nile to Western Nile or vice verca, if the distance is short enough between the two streams of water (typically near a river fork).&lt;br /&gt;

How to: Set heater to Gradual. Don't worry about the lip. +9k can be achieved with this procedure: Turn constantly. Push into the Glory Hole one tick at a time, letting the rod heat all the way in. When the rod is fully heated, blow three times, then pull the rod back out, making sure that all of the rod is heated, this should not take more than two ticks. When fully out, begin blowing the Beaker to full size. Keep turning it while constantly checking the quality. When you get to q8,5k, begin comparing to the result, to see if it needs another blow or two.&lt;br /&gt;

How to: Set heater to Pinpoint. Don't worry about the bulb. +8k can be achieved with this procedure: Have patience, and focus on what you are doing. A for push into. N for turn. D for wait for a drop.&lt;br /&gt;
Begin with: AAAADDANNDDANN. Then repeat this until the bulb is reached: DDANNDDANNDDDAN. &lt;br /&gt;
When the bulb is reached, pull the pipe all the way out, and use the remaining drops for the pipe to make sure the pipe is as center as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
When the pipe has stopped dropping, turn until you get the best quality. &lt;br /&gt;
Now turn it another 360, when turning the pipe, it doesn't do exactly 360, but a bit less. That means the maximum quality might be 5x360 away. &lt;br /&gt;
Keep turning 360 until the quality drops, then go back to the maximum value quality.&lt;br /&gt;

Immediately after reaching 11 ticks, begin blowing. While it heats, do at least 5 blows, to expand the center. Move the pipe two ticks in, to let the front heat a bit. Thereafter move the pipe four ticks out, to let the back heat a bit. Pull all the way out. When out, blow until it has the right size.&lt;br /&gt;

Let the rod cool a bit, until colour seems the same the entire length of the rod. Blow with pauses between each blow, at least 4 times, maybe a fifth, depending on the resulting size.&lt;br /&gt;

How to: Set heater to Pinpoint. Turn constantly. You want to try to make both the bottom and the bulb. Begin by heating the bottom, blow a couple of times, move the pipe in to heat the bulb. I set my window up, so I can place the chat window, in the right distance to the glory hole, so the end of the pipe just shows, when you should not move it further in. That way you don't have to check the goal to determine if you're far enough into the glory hole. &lt;br /&gt;
After this it is practice, practice, practice, until you get some good results. But this should at least give you some good advice.&lt;br /&gt;

For Test of the Obelisk a player builds the biggest obelisk in that area (you lose all mats if you tear down your obelisk if you have passed this test). Once a Technology is unlocked then that tech is free to all citizens of that faction of Egypt.  Taking over regions for your faction involves donating to tribute posts. Find regions that have Universities and that will lower the cost of the donations for Technologies.  &lt;br /&gt;

Universities also provide Tests and Principles for each of the seven Disciplines as time goes by.  To open a Test for your faction someone must Demonstrate and provide the necessary materials.  That Test then shows up in System for you to get it IF your are high enough in level.&lt;br /&gt;

Schools have Skills you can buy.  Schools also provide the same Initiations (or starter tests) for the seven Disciplines the same as Universities do. You will find a set of the seven different types of Schools at each faction capitol.&lt;br /&gt;

Second, we need to enable hotkeys for things. Bricks....build several Flimsy Brick Racks.  Since you can carry only 500 Items, 225 Mud plus 150 Straw plus  75 Sand is a good plan for a set of bricks at one standing.  It is good to have extra Boards in your inventory to replace the brick racks you lose.  Hit Enter to minimize chats. Hold down the B key and swipe over the Flimsy Brick Racks to quickly make many.  When the bricks turn white, hold down the T key to Take them all up as you swipe over the whole lot.&lt;br /&gt;

Flaxing...&amp;lt;&amp;lt; DOES NOT WORK TO KEEP YOU FROM RUNNING IN TALE 7---DO NOT enable Options/One Click and Related/Enable hotkeys on flax.  UNCHECK that one or your avatar will lose time running to every flax bed.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;  You already made Tab like Mouse for boards.  Right click to pin your Plant flax box.  Place your mouse so it hovers over the Plant flax box.  Use the Tab key to plant and the up and down arrows to move as you plant. Practice with rows of 3x6 and then try more later. &lt;br /&gt;

To grow then harvest what you planted stand in the center of your beds.  Hover your mouse over the first flax bed and Tab, then move cursor over middle of box and tap Tab until you can select Weed and/or Water.  Do that for each flax bed quickly and come back around for another go if your type of flax requires it.  Then do the last round to Harvest flax.&lt;br /&gt;

To grow seeds from flax you WILL want to enable hotkeys...Click yourself -&amp;gt; Options -&amp;gt; One Click and Related -&amp;gt; Enable hotkeys on flax (check that one).  Plant flax as above, but when harvesting seeds, hover the mouse over the first flax bed then hit the 'H' key and continue to the next flax bed.  Your avatar will run to each bed.&lt;br /&gt;

Or more accurately what is papyrus (papy) and how do we get more of it?  The School of Worship gives out 10 free fertile papyrus seeds to prepaid subscriptions of at least 6 months.  For optimum growing, take 30 seeds and ask in regional chat what the coords for the starting and stopping points are for papy planting along the Nile.  Someone has usually put signs to mark those points. There are dead growing zones along the Nile that will not grow papy and experienced players know this. Announcing your papy growing in region chat will warn other players not to pick your papy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stand right next to the Nile(or you cannot find the Papyrus Seeds option).   Click Self--&amp;gt;Right click the Plant menu to pin.  Click a shoreline spot ahead of you and run north.  Click Papyrus Seeds every coord or two to drop a seed in the Nile.  Continue planting seeds until you run out of seeds. Twiddle your thumbs for a few minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
While you are twiddling, run back to about 100 coords north of your beginning seeding spot...and wait...and wait, twiddle some more.  Is it really going to show up? And voila!  You see your thin-stemmed yellow papy plant along the edge of the Nile about 10 minutes after planting your first seed.  Run north, click and pick, try to click and miss the papy and run back to click again.  Continue until about 100 coords north of your last planted seed.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And guess what? Run across the Nile to the other side, run south and click and pick and miss some more! It grows on both sides of the Nile.&lt;br /&gt;

Still more!  Papy magically shows up in the nearby lakes and ponds to the east too, commonly called papy traps.  It's up to you whether to take the time to pick that extra papy.&lt;br /&gt;

Time to dry it!  But again, look to the experienced players in regional chat and say, &amp;quot;I am but a new citizen and know not where the papy mountain is!&amp;quot;  The locals will be happy to give coords.  Fertile papyrus must be dried at high altitude to maximize the seeds.  Public drying racks and flax hammocks are already there because our Egyptian citizens are so thoughtful!&lt;br /&gt;

There are twelve breeds of pig.  Nine of those breeds have been documented and led to swineries. The data for bacon, ham and fat is from pigs slaughtered in the wild.  Those killed in a swinery produce more, at the expense of the survivors' happiness.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pig rarity can be sorted into three categories:  Common, Uncommon, and Rare.  Common pigs are more likely to be found in the wild, have broader feeding ranges, reproduce more often, are less likely to cause fence damage, and search in a smaller range when asked to hunt for clay.  Don't stress out too much trying to figure out which pigs are &amp;quot;common&amp;quot; and which are &amp;quot;uncommon&amp;quot;.  The pig system was written by more than one developer, and they used two different systems to classify the pigs.  For Tale 8, &amp;quot;how common a pig is&amp;quot; is not the most important thing to know.  It may be more important in future tales.  When it comes to finding a wild pig the rarest ones are Bubastian, Letolian, Naqadish, and Silenian.  There have been three known wild Naqadish pigs, and the others have yet to be discovered.&lt;br /&gt;

A swinery needs two troughs, one for food and the other for water.  They are both accessed by clicking anywhere on the swinery.  The Water portion begins with a capacity of 500 and can be upgraded to twice that size.  The Food portion has a capacity of 10,000 units of feed, divided in three sections, one for each feed type.&lt;br /&gt;

Results show up in Main, but the player needs to locate the pig when it finds clay. The pig has dug a hole that has the same appearance as a hole that you'd dig for stones. It disappears after around 10 seconds, then the pig rejoins you. As there is a delay on pigs following you already, this can be missed as you might think the pig is just taking a while to catch up. &lt;br /&gt;

Each breed of pig may discover a different type of clay. Raeli ovens built on different types of clay will not interfere with each other, but similar types will. In other words, an oven built on Koptish pig clay will interfere with an oven on another nearby Koptish clay patch. An oven on Koptish clay can be built directly next to an oven on Mendeshian clay, however.  The game will allow you to build two Raeli Oven Structures very close to one another, even if the soft clay patches were identified by the same breed of pig. However, when attempting to install the dredging mechanism, you will receive the message: &amp;quot;As you inspect the ground below, you notice another dredging system from a nearby oven that will make it impossible to Install a dredge here.&amp;quot; Tearing down the preexisting oven resolves this conflict.&lt;br /&gt;

Each breed of pig has a different search radius. According to Malard, the smallest range is 352 feet, and the largest is 704 feet. (A coordinate is 16 feet.)  Players have reported that some pigs can find clay patches farther away than their handler can see them.&lt;br /&gt;
