 **tehm - I have reproduced Leek seeds in EK near the UWor.  No luck with other seeds (Cabbage, Carrots, Onions) near there.  I have produced Cabbage seeds in Blemmyes NW of UNat Phi (see image attached), did not try other seeds.  You likely want to be very close to them, but if you get a Land Not Suitable message, try moving a few steps away.  In the image below, all of the planted cabbages produced Cabbage + 4 Seeds (there is another Carrion mushroom off to the right, but no others in sight).
