This building becomes available after you have learned the Banner Construction tech from your Guild Hall. You must also be at least an Associate in your respective Faction to select the project at the site.

Use
- When you stand near it, it will give a +1 boost to one stat (which varies from banner to banner). If you stay near the banner, the boost continues, if you move away the boost wears off after 1 minute.
- Banner effects have a range of 41 coordinates.
- Member rank also +1 stat boost. So no change with faction rank.
