Fish are caught in bodies of water using a Basic Fly Rod and the Fly Fishing skill. Arthropodology is also required to find Insects to make Fishing Lures with the Fly Tying skill. This is most likely an "odd" fish, at Fly Fishing 5 it is not always caught.
