Alone Together Guild
Even someone who is a bit of a loner and follows a self sufficient style of play needs a little help from time to time. If this is you join us, and we can be Alone Together.
A-T Guild House is located in Abydos 1398, 2796
The purpose of this guild is two-fold. Our first intention is to provide facilities that will help new players get started in our world, and to make life easier for the Loner/DIY type of players. Second, there are many things in our little world here that a single person simply can't do on their own. It is our hope that the members of A-T will help each other in the completion of these tasks that require more than one person.
Every player has their own style of play, and we embrace that fully. If you want to hang around camp and help with day to day operations, you are more than welcome. We would love the company. If you would rather stay at your own CP and carve out your own little paradise in the desert, that is perfectly fine. If you're a wanderer and enjoy roaming the wilds and exploring, only stopping at home or in camp when your pockets are full or you need something, go on and do your thing. We hold no expectations over our members, and only want to create a community of players helping each other when the need arises.
- We operate under the honor system, So it is important to follow a few simple guidelines.
- Collaborate with courtesy: Always ask if something doesn't make sense.
- If you are short some mats for a personal project, and there is some in a Guild warehouse, by all means use it (with the exception of the Projects WH, the materials there are designated for guild projects only), but be reasonable. Replace what you use when you can.
- If you can donate, please do - you may find some thing easy, whereas someone else might find it hard.
- Give and take: Donations are always welcome (But are Never required), particularly if you've benefited from the guild's resources - look for the warehouses!
- Herbs, Mushrooms (particularly Flat Mushrooms) and, Oyster Meat are needed by the cooks to make the food. If you have some to spare please donate them.
- Grabbed some spare wood? Please add to wood storage. Wood goes quickly (so many things need charcoal!)
- If in doubt, please ask

The ship is guilded, but you must have basic shipbuilding skill 21 and be signed up for the Isis' Bounty test to sail it. Please dock it back in this area when you are finished. If you are unable to get back to this location, leave a note here so that the next person will know where to find the ship. I will leave an Isis' Bounty part in the cargo hold to be used when treasure hunting(I am assuming that a part found by another person can be used for treasure hunting. You may need to bring your own). Please put it back for the next person when you are finished.
Basic Shipbuilding skill can be gained without ever going out sailing. The tuition consists of fishing junk, ordinary ship debris, and prospected metals. The costs are listed here... https://atitd.wiki/tale8/Test_of_Isis_Bounty/Basic_Shipbuilding_Costs The fishing junk can have been found by anybody, but the ship part must have been found by you.
Things to be aware of when sailing... Set your map zoom level to where you want it before embarking, as you cannot change it while sailing. The only actions you can do while sailing are fishing related actions, searching for treasure, and of course sailing the ship. Turning your ship uses END and STR timers, which can be quite long if you attempt big turns... Clicking the navigation arrows on the ship control panel uses STR and clicking on the open water uses END.
Treasure Hunting... Click Test/Human Body/Test of Isis' Bounty/Examine Debris/( a ship part which will be an Ava name & #) A rare artifact to be sure = nothing detected The fragment shines more gaudily = A treasure is within 75 co-ordinates You get an uneasy feeling = A treasure is within 25 co-ordinates The treasure looks like a single spot of bubbles (like with pearls, but only one) Anchor your ship when the bubbles are directly under the ship and winch it up.
You cannot access the cargo hold while sailing.
