The player who is currently building their obelisk should contact the player next in line and notify them that it will soon be their turn to build.
- This is to give the next player ample time to prepp for their build
If no response has been given when the obelisk has passed, the next player after should be notified, and a waiting period of a maximum 24 hours should be given before the obelisk spots shuffles.
- A shuffle means that the nonresponsive player is moved 1 spot down on the obelisk queue
For any consecutive shuffles of the same player, after the first shuffle, any additional waiting time is not given.
After 3 consecutive shuffles of the same player, this player should be removed from the queue and placed in a reserve list.
