Chancery

Overview

The Chancery is used to enable faction chat in regions that are neutral or that are later taken by an opposing faction.


Source

This building becomes available after the Basic Diplomacy technology is learned at a University of Leadership.

Built in a Medium Construction Site by a player with a faction rank of Member or higher.

Use

The Chancery may be built in a region that is either neutral or currently controlled by the faction of the player building it. It enables faction chat for the region it is built in regardless of faction control. If faction control is not reestablished the effect will cease after two weeks.
