To qualify as a leader, you must get people to recommend you via a petition.
All petitions are created at the University of Leadership.
To begin, visit a School or University of Leadership, and use the 'Tests' Menu.
Test Description
You are now carrying an Initiation Petition. Signatures are displayed on the Leadership tab, in the lower-left of your screen. Convince 21 people to sign it, and then submit it to the University of Leadership.

Your task is to convince 21 people to sign your Leadership Initiation Petition.

Demonstration
To open the Principles of Leadership you require: Must be petitioned by one that has founded their primary guild, and said guild must have at least 21 members that consider it their primary guild.
