Overview
A statue built for the Test of Octec's Ghost. You can trade for and place 20 different Crystal Hieroglyphs on its arms to complete.
Sources
This building becomes available after you have started the Test of Octec's Ghost from a University of Architecture. You must be level 23 and have learned Obelisk Construction 1 and Project Management

A Statue of Octec's ghost is built at a Small Construction Site (Architecture > Statue of Octec's Ghost), and requires the following:
- 5 Cable (Steel)
- 30 Small Gears (Brass)
- 60 Glass Rods
- 300 Silver
- 120 Cut Stone
- 4 Oyster Shell Marble
- 4 White Travertine
