I will put some of the recipes I am happy with here. Please remember that use without eating sink food first will cause a drop in stats Egypt wide. Sink food is to be eaten right before any other food in order to protect. It is any combination of honey and camel meat, one has to be a bit more then the other. Ie. 200 honey + 10 camel meat = 30 servings. 1 serving = 7db.
