Private notes on how to prepare for and run a Guild Stir

Coordinate with Yendor and Peacefulness (?) on locating the fuel and clinker (Iron mines?), and getting access to unload clinker, use the clinker vat(if necessary) - currently only an initiate in Zfree

Process -

Do one guild stir with guild Baux and Gypsum, and fuel and clinker then a personal one - rotating around the group - use the stir'ers baux and gypsum, guild Fuel and Clinker Repeat

One stir to Rikko for organizing? grin.

Announce at the beginning the following :

   Everyone pins the clinker vat menu and refreshes it regularly.
   Initially, everyone stirs as fast as possible.

Depending on how many show up, and the availability of Stir food :

    When the batch reaches 70% complete, only stir if:
             there is less than 10s left on the timer; or
              your str/end stats are black

Remind, periodically the last point

Prior to Start

Position Rikko at Clinker Vat. Be prepared to not move. Have enough fuel for 50 runs (?) Have Guild Baux/Gyp for 25 of the runs (?) Preload the water into Clinker Vat.

Have Raein transport 800 x 50 (40000) clinker to Rikko via spouse warp. Get help if possible.

Make sure Rikko has access to necessary warehouse to store cement, get more fuel or baux/gyp for guild runs if required.

Find out if there is a limit to number of runs (guild may not want to use much fuel or gyp/baux)

Limit to 30? 40 runs

Once I understand this, will announce a stir, and shoot for a time 2-3 days out - gauging interest - minimum number required?

Are there kitchens near - food should be Str/EnD? Get Ruby to make? Or Raein has Cooking 5 - with recipe choices we likely have what is needed
