Hapu - Cooling time for me has consistently been 24 minutes with a stop watch. I will concede that server/client/net lag time may be a culprit. (Then you might want to learn about time in this game)

Tale 7 introduced a major increase in the number of gears which we can make, and are required for various projects. You can now make gears from every metal available.
