Creates a box suitable for warnings and notices at the top centre of the page
Usage: {{Template:ItemInfo|weight=1|bulk=1|image=PinkBox.png|description=A pink box}}
Example: {{Template:ItemInfo|weight=1|bulk=1|image=PinkBox.png|description=A pink box}} produces:
