In order to use Chariot Travel, the Chariot Stops must be repaired and the [Chariot Routes]] must be activated.

It is entirely reasonable to speculate that The Test of Archeologist, or special events that permitted the discovery of Ancient Monuments,will also provide us with some additional Chariot Stops.

Chariot Repair 1

This skill is available at level 0. It permits one-way Chariot Routes to be "repaired" by accumulating 25 votes.

Each player gets one and only one vote, so opening a round trip route between two Chariot Stops requires a total of 50 votes.

Chariot Repair 2

This new intermediate level skill was introduced in Year 2 of Tale 8, and we are still trying to determine exactly what as been provided.

As pure speculation, it's possible that each player has been provided with an additional vote.

Chariot Repair 3

In previous Tales this was level 2 of the chariot repair skill, and it permitted the repair of Chariot Stops that were "unusable doe to explosive damage."

The descriptive information referring to "explosive damage" has been deleted, and there's the same simple reference about repairing the chariots.
