University of Progress
The Stranger's University of Progress is located in three remote locations and now allows the citizenry of Egypt to demonstrate Tests to be opened. Take care, though, as the Stranger is wily and not to be trusted. (Choose wisely when you decide to demonstrate a test.) Note: This refers only to the 7-day timer between test unlocks, and *not* to any limits on the number of Tests that can be opened in total.
To demonstrate tests, one must meet the level and materiel demonstration requirements. Each location has a seven-day timer once a test is unlocked. This timer can be bypassed by the use of a Token of Ra - the token does *not* bypass the materials, stat or skill requirements - these must still be satisfied for the unlock to occur.
