To participate in the Maat festival on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. EST (7:00 GMT), you will need:
- Testing materials for Maat: Item A: Linen (pillars), Item B: Canvas (foci), and a partner to test with. Testing Instructions
- It is also possible to test individually, by clicking on any Rose of Ra, and selecting "Test"
- Ambrosia made of : honey and specific Rose of Ra petals.
- Premade ambrosia are in the festivals breezeway cp in Asyut at 1061, 2363
- Altar Set up: 21 lit Ritual Torches. Each is made of one board, canvas, and oil, and burns about 15 minutes once lit. The Ritual Item Construction skill is needed to build them.
There are ambrosia being made out of roses that are known to fulfill certain requirements. Please help the flower breeders and festival preparers know how many requirements we can cover:
- Do an "altar test" to find out what your current Maat requirement is.
- Find some Roses. Good places to look include:
- The Festivals breezeway cp. Maat Roses are at 1061, 2363
- Near the Festivals altar in Asyut, Rania has been planting some hopeful roses. Look around 1027, 2365
- Slartibartfast has been crossbreeding some roses in his camp. Look in northern Asyut, near 715, 2680
- Click on any Rose of Ra. Select "Test". You will receive a pop-up message regarding whether or not it will work in your ambrosia.
- If it will work please contact the person who bred that flower and tell them what attribute you successfully tested for
