Lead the people across all of Egypt to show their support of your campaign for Hegemon. Voting is by district, and district boundaries change. Win the support of many districts, and a unique reward will be yours.

Level 23+ To demonstrate that Egypt is ready for Test of the Hegemon, the petitioner must present:

A citizen of each region must also be present. The following regions are not represented:
Asyut, Dakhla Oasis, East Kush, Hamim, Hermopolis, Lahun, Meshwesh Delta, Nabta Playa, Pwenet, Timna, Upper Egypt, West Kush and West Sinai.
