Timer::Planning Application
After completing the Planning Application research, it will go on a timer. Once the timer is finished the materials donated are reset back to 0 and a player with the faction rank of Kinsman or higher can go to the Great Hall and pick up 2 Planning Permits.
Planning Permits are used to build a Faction Compound, or to expand a Faction Compound. It is consumed on use(either by building the compound, or finishing editing the blueprints that result in materials needing to be loaded to complete the upgrade).
Faction compounds can be expanded to a size of 200 cells maximum.
As far as we know, there is no limit on the number of times the research can be completed.
