My favorite hobby in ATITD, as a natural consequence of wanderlust, is discovering and compiling a list of "prime real estate" - uninhabited oases of such beauty that it saddens me to know that they are uninhabited. I look for Beauty and Value (1. the place looks as if though it was personally designed by a landscape artist (no need to buy a camp decoration package); 2. it has basic necessary resources nearby).
