Early building for making Boards.
The Wood Plane is the most basic building for cutting Wood into Boards.

This building becomes available once you have learned Carpentry.
Cost
- 4 Slate
- 1 Stone Blade
Built Outside (Self > Projects).
Use
- Plane 1 Wood from your inventory into 1 Boards.
- The Wood Plane uses stone blades to cut the wood. They will break frequently, at which point the wood plane must be repaired with a new blade (from your inventory).
Pollution
The area near an active wood plane can cause "Poor Soil" pollution. The affects flax production with reduced or zero yields.
