Level 23+ To demonstrate that Egypt is ready for Test of the Hegemon, the petitioner must present:
100 Papyrus Paper
A citizen of each region must also be present. The following regions are not represented:
Asyut, Dakhla Oasis, East Kush, Hamim,
Hermopolis, Lahun, Meshwesh Delta, Nabta
Playa, Pwenet, Timna, Upper Egypt, West
Kush and West Sinai.
