This is the main wiki home for coordinating our efforts in passing the Principles and maybe even some test passes for the Test of Festivals. The Guild hall is in Asyut at 1050, 2354, just east of zFree.

Requests
The festival for Ra will be Saturday July 6 at 3 p.m. EST, 7 p.m. GMT.
- Testing Materials for Hathor: male rabbit (pillars), female rabbit (foci) Testing Instructions
- Hathor ambrosia are made from very potent beer and 1 db cobra blood
- Players are strongly encouraged to brew their own beer for their Hathor ambrosia. If you are interested in contributing ambrosia for the Hathor festival, the chests are at 1060, 2368, in the festivals breezeway cp.
- For your convenience, here are some locations and recipes: Hathor Recipes
- Please do not leave your kettles at these locations. It can make it much harder for the next beer brewer.
- At the time of the festival, there will be sink food and an all-stats meal prepared in the Festivals breezeway cp. Please remember to eat sink food so that the current all-stats recipe will be useable for the duration of the Tale.
- Altar set-up: Individually drop 3 sheep, 3 rabbits, and 3 chickens around the altar. (Do not drop three in a pile)
At this time, I believe that enough VP beers have been made for ambrosia. Please consider brewing the beer needed for yours. For your convenience, here are some locations and recipes: Hathor Recipes
If you are interested in contributing ambrosia for Hathor, the chests are at 1060, 2368, in the festivals breezeway cp.
The festival for Maat will be Sunday July 7, at 3 p.m. EST, 7 p.m. UTC.
To participate in a Thoth festival, you will need:
- Testing materials for Thoth : Papyrus Paper (pillars), Candles (foci) Testing Instructions
- A minimum of 21 beetles to drop at the altar before you sacrifice your ambrosia.
- Thoth ambrosia are made with ink and wine. The wine must be two vintages old, contain at least 12% alcohol, and include a particular flavor. Extra flavors are acceptable.
- Premade ambrosia are available in the small boxes behind the Thoth chest in the festivals breezeway cp at 1056, 2363. I believe that sufficient ambrosia have been prepared, but they are "first come, first served". Please test early and pick up your ambrosia ahead of time!

BASTET
test with honey and camel milk
To please Bastet, you must decorate yourself with dyed silk ribbons of (color) and (color). You must surround an altar with 21 bottles of milk. Inside this circle of worship you must sacrifice ambrosia of (citrus/citrus) honey and milk.

- Citron, Coralfruit, Corian, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lenat, Lime, Mandarin, Orange, Pummelo, Summerbell, Tangelo, Tangerine.
- Fruits new to T8 have not yet been seen in Bastet requirements.
HATHOR

To worship Hathor, eat a feast of (three stats). Surround the altar with 3 Sheep, 3 Rabbits, 3 Chickens (drop each animal separately, not in piles). Within this circle, sacrifice ambrosia of Very Potent (flavor) beer and cobra's blood.

ISIS
test with honey and oil
To please Isis, wear a perfume made of (adjective citrus), then create a place of worship by surrounding an altar with seven (gem) Glass Torch. Within this circle, sacrifice ambrosia of (citrus-citrus) honey and oil.

To please Ra, build a spirit brasier and fill it with (Adjective) Spirits of (Noun). Surround the brasier with seven bonfires of 7000 wood each. Ignite the bonfires and the brasier, then use the brasier to sacrifice ambrosia of dates and (flavor) wine. The wine must be at least two vintages old and must contain 10% alcohol.

Beers which need recipes
The actual list (click here) is much longer, but so far, we do not know of brewing locations for combinations that include:
Spicy Banana, Spicy Cherry, Spicy Date, Spicy Orange, Potent Orange
Many Spicy beers require at least two yeasts to be producing flavors. They are very specialized locations, and we are still hunting for them, this tale.
Some beers are just impossible to produce due to the composition of yeast qualities.
