So, just kind of an idea I had floating around. I've talked with a few people about this general idea, and while there is some trepidation about the capstone, it was pointed out by the time people have that many talent points, airships are probably accessible and it's not a gamebreaker. I'm not sure of endurance as the tertiary, but it seems like it makes sense thematically.
Happy to get feedback before I make it any sort of petition.
