Going to make some Notes about Chemistry from my initial foray into making Royal Flux. My initial impression is that "Chemistry is ridiculously simple if you're well-equipped and not distracted by the most over-engineered and over-complicated set of mini-games... ignore the guides unless you really want to know all the details. All you really need to know is 1) make a large quantity of spirits of a SINGLE QUALITY FOR EACH TYPE OF SPIRIT (e.g. For Grain Spirits, just make 500db of Water and you'll probably never have to make any kind of Grain Spirit again), 2) collect a large quantity of herbs and resins (e.g. you'll typically need up to 20 db each of these to do 2 runs of essences for each one that you decide you need, and 3) make a copy of the Chemistry Essence worksheet in Google Docs (NOTE: this requires a lot more explanation but the simple version is that with a couple tweaks of the spreadsheet and an understanding that you will have to fulfil custom essence recipes for each batch you make, there's a pretty easy process of working out what you need to make and I hope to make a Zombie's Guide eventually).
