The Gem Shearing Chisel is the main component to upgrade a Gem Cutting Table to cut down gems into smaller ones.
It is made in both Casting Boxes using 7 treated Moonsteel hard, stainless, purity 4+ and 7 Beeswax, and takes 10 minutes to cool down.
