Wet Paper is created from Paper Pulp in a Certificate Press.
When the Certificate Press is configured with an Aluminum Plate and a Deckle, 4 Paper Pulp may be pressed into 1 Wet Paper. You need a Monkey Wrench to install. This process starts a strength timer of ?? seconds.
