Current: make alcohol/quality/acid wine with Balance. Following tends will do good job (in macro format): TL 9, TV 6, SV 1, MG 1, SV 2, MG 5, MG 4. Try to barrel 3 different base flavors together and leave in barrel to get to 12, 13 or 14%.
