"Seed Registry" is not a number.

Creates a global registry of seed types.

Uses

Allows crossbred and mutated seeds/bulbs to be named at a University of Natural Philosophy.

This will rename all the seeds of that strain (only in your inventory) to the new name. Planted Sea Lily Bulbs did not change name. There was no cost to register the name
