The fleet furnace only has one purpose, to make Quicksilver, unlike regular Furnaces which only smelt Ore.

Use
Makes Quicksilver, very slowly.
The furnace uses 20 Charcoal and 10 Red Sand. After 24 hours it produces 1 Quicksilver.
Alternatively, 20 Charcoal or 20 Coal and 10 Cinnabar produces 1 Quicksilver in only 8 hours.
