*The Test of the Obelisk requires that you build the largest Obelisk of its kind for the Meshwesh .
 
*You must exceed the current largest Obelisk by at least a single cubit. 

*Also, you must retain the title of largest Obelisk that The Meshwesh has ever controlled for at least 2 days 8 hours (for a desert Obelisk.) while remaining inside the Meshwesh territory. 

*For each additional region The Meshwesh has the support of when the Obelisk is constructed, this time is reduced by 1 hours 7 minutes 12 seconds (again for a Desert Obelisk.)

*The player who is currently building their obelisk should contact the player next in line and notify them that it will soon be their turn to build.
**This is to give the next player ample time to prep for their build.
*If no response has been given from the next player or the player has an extended period of offline time, a waiting period of up to 24 hours should be given before the obelisk spot shuffles
**A shuffle means that the nonresponsive player is moved 1 spot down on the obelisk queue
**When a shuffle occurs the next player after the nonresponsive player should be contacted and notified that it will soon be their turn to build, due to a shuffle.
*For any consecutive shuffles of the same player, after the first shuffle, no additional waiting time is given.
*After 3 consecutive shuffles of the same player, this player should be removed from the queue and placed in a reserve list.
