Very rare prize from some events. When in inventory, you appear to get an additional 3-7 debens every time you harvest an herb, thus the maximum harvest using a Geb's Golden Sickle is 14db, while the minimum is 4db.

Or to quote TheMazeEcho in eLounge chat... A Golden Sickle gives you a x2 amount of db of herbs foraged. That is you forage 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14db, where the Silver Sickle just adds +3db
