Goal
Crossing the Contemplation vine with a renamed clone of itself, and watching for signs of a genome subtraction mutation.
Long-term goal is to create a very short vine genome, with a variety genes, to be used in testing drops of Mutagen and mapping their effects.
Starting Point
Contemplation gives a vine that is KK QQ wildS with a Hue of Light Red
Mutation Chances
- 50% no change. 24/48
- 25% gene added. 12/48
- 25% gene deleted. 12/48
Watching for the following changes when tending:
- K genome instead of KK, seen in 7/48 children
- gene deleted in 5/7
- gene added in 2/7
- Q genome instead of QQ seen in 12/48 children
- gene deleted in 8/12
- gene added in 4/12
- S genome, seen in 4/48 children
- gene added in 4/4
Contemplation Hue is Light Red when examining harvested grapes
- Hue changes to White in 4/48 children
- gene deleted in 3/4
- gene added in 1/4
