So, how does it work ?

Snowstorms are visible from about 30 coords away. It's in the form of a dome of kinda transparent snowflakes falling outward from the center.

When 14 people are standing within the boundaries of the storm, a message will state "Wow, it is really snowing hard now! You have participated in ## snowstorms."

After a little delay, presents will appear on the ground for each of the players that made it inside the storm, including those entering after the 14 first but it seems only the first 14 get an increase in the snowstorm counter (which can be checked under Self / Special... / Events... / Winter Wonderland... / Show Snowstorm Count.
