Uses
The Sand Timer you make with the Hour Glass will be usable up to (Quality/3)+300 Seconds from the start of the Brewing phase. So just to reach the start of the Fermentation Phase, a timer must last ~1300 seconds (achievable with an Hour Glass of Q3000). Thus Q3000 is not helpful.
