Template:BuildingInfo A Papyrus Tank is a building which allows you to grow Sterile Papyrus from papyrus seeds at home, without the usual Nile sowing process. (It's also a great way to use up some of your excess seeds.)

Tank-grown papyrus is sterile, which is in most ways is identical to regular (fertile) papyrus, except that it produces no seeds of its own when dried. Sterile Papyrus is best to use for making Papyrus Paper.

Overview

Used for growing Papyrus.

Source

This building becomes available to be built after the Aquaculture technology is learned at a University of Worship

Cost

Option to build is found under Farming. Built in a Compound. Uses 5x8 cells.

Use

Requires (up to) 100 Papyrus Seeds (hf) to initiate the process of growing Sterile Papyrus(does not reproduce new seeds).

The time to grow is random from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Yields: (number of seeds)*(7-2*log(number of seeds)/log(7)) Sterile Papyrus
Maximum yield: 227 sterile papyrus at 100 seeds
