For confirmed Harvest methods, use http://rogarian.atitd.org/herbalist2/t7_herbalist/ (names with [T8] in title).

The Rogarian tool requires JavaScript to be enabled to function. The site does not render at all without scripting active.

Cegaiel's tool does not require JavaScript or perhaps a better way to describe it, the site will show up and you can execute some parts of the site without JavaScript being active. It may not be fully functional without scripting.
