Cuttable gems are semi-precious stones generated by a Water Mine. They come in seven varieties:

New update introduced in Tale 8 adds these four gem types. Sources yet to be verified.

Cuttable Almandine
Cuttable Aquamarine
Cuttable Kunzite
Cuttable Morganite - found occasionally while digging dirt.

Not to be confused with the non-cuttable ordinary Gems (quartz, emerald, sapphire, ruby, diamond, opal, and topaz). These mainly come from ordinary mines but are occasionally produced by Water Mines as well.

Also not Cut Gems which are the product of Cuttable Gems once cut on a Gem Cutting Table.

Use

Cuttable gems can be cut on a Gem Cutting Table into Cut Gems of various shapes.
As with regular gems, cuttable gems can be pulverized in a Chemistry Laboratory to make Powdered Gems.
Required as tuition for several Skills.
