A Charcoal Oven is a building used to make charcoal from wood. It operates identically to the Charcoal Hearth, but has twice the capacity, allowing for batches of 200 charcoal at a time. There is also a much more advanced Charcoal Brazier, offering triple the capacity of a Charcoal Oven (and six times the capacity of a Charcoal Hearth).
A Charcoal Oven has no regulator.
