Design a Formal Garden with 7 to 100 exotic flowers surrounding a Gazebo. Gardens are rated on variety and detail, not size.
Periodically, the Gardener with the highest rated garden passes the Test.
Demonstration
Must be unlocked by someone holding 500 orchid bulbs (can be a mixture of different kinds)
