Snowstorms are visible from about 25 coords away. When 14 people are standing within the boundaries of the storm, presents will appear. Each present is marked with the name of the recipient and gives resources when opened.

Participating in 2 or more storms gives you the title of "Santa's Helper"

Participating in 20 or more storms gives you the title of "Gift Wrapper". It seems that the quality of presents improves significantly after 20 storms, with Pinch Rollers, Fertilizers and Eye of God Serum being received.
