Rates for travel time, wood, and grass were tested in beta and are probably as close as can be with the variable server time (Teppy/Duck time).
Grass :

423 gathered over 10h 53m = 38.8667/hr

395 gathered over 10h 1m = 39.4342/hr

389 gathered over 10h 0m = 38.9/hr

Travel Time :

9h 1m offline gained 8h 56m 37s = 59m 36.708s/hr

Wood :

298 gathered over 10h 2m = 29.7/hr
