Step 1: Registration from 2 December to 8 December 2020. Participants who wish to build a Christmas Sculpture ('Builders') please register below in the Sign Up. Entrance to the Christmas Event Sculpture Garden is located at 2300, 1956 near Avaris. Each building position is marked with a sign that identifies the location of the building spot and a box. Choose your building spot, then enter the coords listed on the sign next to the chest in the Sign Up below. Builders may request one (1) mannequin to dress up and include in their Christmas scene by entering Yes under the Mannequin column in the Sign Up on this page. One of the events team will then make contact and arrange to position the mannequin where desired before the commencement of the building phase.

Step 2: Building from 9 December to 15 December 2020. Your Christmas sculpture can be constructed using up to six (6) sculpture bases, and must have a Christmas theme. Each builder must use at least 1 sculpture base with at least 20 items Stashed in the base. Trees, festivities, Father Christmas, Christmas Stockings are some examples. When your Christmas Event sculpture is finished, please change the Ownership settings on your event chest to 'Public Stash' so people can put a voter chit in it. Then put a Yes in the Event Chest Public column in the table below.

Step 3: Voting from 16 December to 23 December 2020.

Each player will be allowed three (3) votes (including Builders). Each of those three votes must be given to 3 different sculptures. Players will use Personal Chits with their names on them and placed in the chest located near your favorite sculpture. If two or more chits from the same voter are found in the same box, or more than three votes are made in total, the vote from that player will be disqualified.

Participant Sign Up

Builders please fill in Builder Name, Coords (of your building spot as detailed on the sign), Mannequin, Sculpture Title, then lastly a 'Yes' under Chest Public?.

Mannequin?: Enter Yes to have one placed at desired location in your builder spot. Event Team member will change to Done after contacting you and placing it.
Chest Public?: Enter Yes after finishing your sculpture/s and changing Ownership of your Chest to Public.
# Votes: Event Team member will put total votes here at end of voting session.
Prizes: Event Team member will list your prizes here after counting votes. Replace Xmas Deco with the exact Xmas Deco items you want.
Prizes Stashed: Event Team member will put Yes once all prizes are stashed in each Winner's chest.
