A Statue of Octec's ghost is built at a Small Construction Site (Architecture > Statue of Octec's Ghost), and requires the following:

- 60 Glass Rods
- 300 Silver
- 120 Cut Stone
- 4 Oyster Shell Marble
- 4 White Travertine
