Assist the Scientists at the Great University of Worship in the care of the recently deceased. Form a ritual group to prepare the body for the afterlife physically and spiritually and lay them to rest in a sanctified Ka Tomb.
Test Description
Form a ritual group with 3 other priest. The lead priest may obtain a cadaver from the Great University of worship and each Priest then helps to prepare the body for the afterlife. After preparations are approved by the university mortician, each Priest will then be given part of the burial ritual. Each priest must perform the entire ritual in the correct order at the specified altar to prepare the spirit for the afterlife. Finally the deceased is laid to rest in a sanctified Ka Tomb. Complete 7 rituals to advance.
Principles
Physically and spiritually prepare the recently deceased for the afterlife.
- Create some Embalming Fluid
- Weave a bandage on a loom
- Perform one full ritual

Demonstration
Test of Ka needs to be opened.
To open the Test of Ritual Mummification you require:
- 5000 Thread
- 100 Oil
- 10 Ink
- 10 Lime
- 10 Ash
- 10 Royal Jelly
- 1 of each Spirit type, any quality (Rock, Wood, Worm, Grain, Grass, Fruit, Vegetable, Mineral, Fish)
- 10 Any incense
- 100 Salt
- 10 Any Perfume
Attempts at starting the test of Ritual Mummification:
- Level 20 player, Initiate of Worship. "You do not possess the necessary skills to start the Test of Ritual Mummification."
- Level 20 player, Initiate of Worship, has Ritual Item Construction (level 1). "You do not possess the necessary skills to start the Test of Ritual Mummification."
- Level 20 player, Initiate of Worship, has Ritual Item Construction (level 1), has learned Perfuming: Test started successfully.
The Tale 7 wiki states that a player needs to be at least Level 12 and know the perfuming technology. This is consistent with the above attempts at starting the test in Tale 8.
