I will put some of the recipes I am happy with here. Please remember that use without eating sink food first will cause a drop in stats Egypt wide. Sink food is to be eaten right before any other food in order to protect. It is any combination of honey and coconut meat, one has to be a bit more then the other. Ie. 209 honey + 1 coconut meat = 30 servings. 1 serving = 7db. To increase then number of servings in recipes below you can increase the number of bases and keep the additive at 1, ie 6:1, 13:1, 20:1, 27:1 etc. Duration will drop but the stats should be about the same.
